       Konrad Slynarski, MD
completed his MD and PhD degrees at The Medical University of
Warsaw, Poland, and completed research fellowships at Case Western University, Cleveland, USA - with Arnold Caplan PhD on Mesenchymal Stem Cells – based cartilage repair (funded by the Polish-American Kosciuszko Foundation), and also at Gothenburg University in Sweden, with Matts Brittberg, MD, PhD. He subsequently completed a knee fellowship at Ghent University, Belgium, with Rene Verdonk. He was a principal investigator in  several worldwide clinical studies including iBalance Medical, Genzyme and CellCoTec. He is currently involved in the development and improvement of knee joint preservation procedures, including iBalance osteotomy, meniscus repair with several types of biomaterials and cell-based therapies for cartilage repair. He has organized several symposia and courses in the field of cartilage repair, including Warsaw ICRS World Congress in 2007, the bi-annual Polish Arthroscopic Society Congresses, and the Warsaw Joint Preservation Congress in 2013. He founded the Polish ICRS Club and he was co-founder of Polish Arthroscopic Society.
     
  Jacek Walawski, MD
completed his MD and PhD degrees at The Medical University of Lublin, Poland followed by externships at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Belgium. He was working in the Orthopedic and Traumatology Clinic in Lublin till 2007. Since 2001 he has been running his private practice Ortomix. 
Subsequently attended several knee fellowships at Hospital for Special Surgery, NY, USA and Clinique Juge, Marseille, France. His main field of professional interest focuses on knee and shoulder arthroscopy. 
     
  Joanna Jaczewska-Bogacka, PhD
Completed her physiotherapy studies and PhD degree at The Medical University of Warsaw, Poland. In 2010-2014 she was working at Department of Orthopeadics and Rehabilitation. In that period she completed her internship in Belgium at University Hospital Pellenberg, KU Lueven. Since 2013 she has been working in Lekmed Medical Center in Warsaw. For last several years she had been doing researches in  BTS gait lab about gait biomechanics  in which she proved the effectiveness of her own program of proper gait pattern restoration after knee surgery. For her dissertation and clinical research she received an award. Since 2010 she has been translating PNF and manual therapy courses and workshops conducted by international instructors. She is certified International Manual Therapist and IPNFA certified PNF Therapist. She conducts lectures at The Medical University of Warsaw and she is a teacher on postgraduate courses about knee, shoulder and spine physiotherapy. The main field of her professional interest focuses on functional neuro-orthopedic rehabilitation.
     
  Marta Jarocka, PhD
completed her PhD degree at the University of Physical Education, Warsaw, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in Biala Podlaska, Poland. Since 2005 she has been running her private practice with patients and cooperate with orthopedic  and traumatology clinics. She is involved in improvement of physiotherapist program after medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction and biomechanical estimate after knee orthopedic procedures.  She works as a professor assistant  at the University of Physical Education, Warsaw, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in Biala Podlaska in Department of Clinical and Environmental Physiotherapy.
